’Taking the Initiative’ with Carlos Cubia
It was from his upbringing, close family ties and lessons learned from his mother that Carlos Cubia, the Global Chief Diversity Officer and Senior Vice President of Walgreens Boots Alliance, first discovered what it means to be a leader.
