Each of us possesses our own distinct strengths that assist us in our daily lives. At times, these strengths are evident and may only require minor adjustments. In other instances, they might need a bit of guidance to become apparent. This course is designed to enhance your personal and professional growth within the context of your unique reality.

The purpose of the training is for you to achieve professional and personal development through our methods, tools, and models, and to shift your mindset towards lifelong learning in order to attain the results that both you and others expect from you. You enhance your ability to lead with personal integrity so that you can influence people around you and communicate effectively in both small and large groups.

Professional personal development gives you more opportunities to contribute meaningfully in areas where it is truly needed. That’s why we work on development in areas such as courage and self-confidence, building strong relationships, communication, attitude and stress management, as well as leadership. You start from your own circumstances, goals, and ambitions, and apply what we practice in our sessions to your everyday life.

Our smart digital learning platform eVolve will make it easy for you to know what you need to prepare for the sessions. Here you can gather notes and workbooks, as well as exchange thoughts and reflections with other participants. You’ll have access to handouts, videos, and other resources that enrich your lifelong learning journey.

Midterm review is a conversation between us, you and your supervisor/mentor, to assess the progress made so far and to calibrate the focus for the remaining part of the training. A coaching conversation that makes a difference.

You will receive a Certificate if you have actively participated in at least eight of the ten sessions included in the course and demonstrated that you apply the new tools you have learned, as well as the instructor assesses that you have made progress and achieved results. You will also receive a digital certificate to add to your LinkedIn profile after completion of the training.
